Description : Shaped as an oval loop with a large pointed pin to catch and hold the scarf in place. Very solid yellow gold. The upper surface is pierced in a lattice pattern with small, rose-cut diamonds at every intersection. The diamonds are mounted in platinum colette settings, which was typical of the period in order to show off the diamonds to best effect. The center has a colette-set cabochon turquoise of a lovely even color. Very stylish and very well made.
