Description : Acrostic jewelry - where the initial of the gems spell out a word of endearment was popular during the Georgian and Victorian eras.
This ring's gems spell out REGARD with gems as listed above. Gems are graduated in size. Old Mine cuts with their lovely cushiony appeal. Gems glow and shine as the light catches them when the wearer moves. Beautiful engraved scrolling design on the outside of the shank. Side of shank with blocked indentations. Side of bezel with scrolling gold wirework. An utterly charming and delightful ring, versatile and wearable. Can be worn alone or stacked with more antique rings. <P><P>
Marks and Metal: 15 and .625 (for the metal purity), anchor (for Birmingham), and date letter S. <P><P>
