New
Art Deco antique vintage ring. Cultured pearl and diamonds set in silver. Made circa 1920s.

Measurements: Approximately US size 5. Weighs 3.1grams. Round Pearl measures approximately 6mm across.

Simple gold shank leads to shoulders in the form of lotus flowers, creating the impression of a stem with flower terminals. Egyptian influence during the Art Deco period was strongly felt across Europe and Asia. The lotus flower shoulders are set with 6 (total) long, rectangular flat-cut (polki) diamonds, too small to measure. The lotus terminals are formed to hold a beautiful cultured pearl in their center.

Marks: none.

Condition: The pearl is slightly off the round with very minor imperfections, but still a very lovely example. The silver shank shows signs of having been resized. See enlarged pictures for details.

GIA certificate for pearl accompanies the ring.
