Vintage Retro Necklace Pendant 14k Gold Aquamarine Strong Modernist Design (6874)

Vintage Retro necklace pendant. 14k gold and aquamarine. Made circa 1940-60's.  <P><P>
Measurements: Weight is 22.5 grams. Length is slightly under 17 inches (42.5cm) with an additional drop of 1 5/8 inches (4cm). Aqua measures approximately 19mm long X 16mm wide and 14.5mm deep.  <P><P>
Description : A very strong modernist design which is all about geometric shapes. A line of gold beads, graduated in size and increasingly large meet in the center at a half globe of smoothely polished gold that reflects the image like a mirror. It suspends a rounded, rectangular shaped aquamarine. The drop adds dimentional as well as color interest and variety and the stony blue/aqua color is well complemented by the shining gold. <P><P>
Perfect for the strong woman of today of every age, and can be worn with any kind of outfit.  <P><P>
Marks and Metal: clasp is markd 585 for 14k gold.     <P><P>
