Vintage cufflinks. 18k gold and diamonds. Made circa 1960. Previous owner thought they were French. Gentleman's jewelry. <P><P>
Measurements: Head of dogs approximately 13mm. Combined weight 11.1 grams. <P><P>
Description : Dog's head seen in profile. Dog is possibly a Boxer or a Pitbull of sorts. (input welcome). Each dog has a sturdy modelled collar around his neck, with a licence tag in the form of a diamond. Old European cut diamonds are set in a collette setting. The opposite side of the cufflinks in the form of a scrolling branch, naturalistically modelled and connected to the dogs via a series of rounded, rectangular links. <P><P> Dogs are a true pair, each looking in the opposite direction (either towards or away from each other). Workmanship is superb - very sturdy and solid, but very fine at the same time. <P><P>
Marks: 18k. <P><P>
