Description : Superb large example of Navaratna jewelry. Navaratna jewelry (literally 9-gem) is highly auspicious with tremendous spiritual, physical and emotional significance for the wearer. The individual gems are believed to have protective powers and the combination of the gems in this form are extremely powerful. This is a particularly nice example with bright stones on a square bezel. The sloping shoulders are beautifully engraved with delicate scrolls and curves. Full Navaratna spectrum (see below for explanation). The square bezel is set with genuine gems, including the above list, in their correct, prescribed, border. Each gem contained in it's own gold cell.

Old Navaratna jewelry is now very scarce. Versatile - it was probably intended to be worn by a man, but will look equally fabulous on a lady. Looks very elegant when worn and will protect the wearer from harm and bring him/her many benefits.

Marks and Metal: No marks. Gold was acid tested to ensure metal purity.
