Description : Black is always elegant and these earrings manage to combine both elegance and fun with a strong sense of movement. Surmounts are elongated rectangles of gold with black enamelling. Tiny engraving around the border and fine contrast between the black and gold in old French style design. A pair of loops suspend black onyx balls that swing and sway as the wearer moves. The onyx is at once austere and fashionable and is extremely attractive, matching and complementing any and every outfit. These great earrings can be worn by day or night and with any outfit from jeans to opera or to add a bit of dash to your work suits.

Marks: Typical of most Victorian jewelry, there are no marks. The gold was acid tested to ensure metal purity.
