Antique Vintage Earrings Pearls Gold Bukhara Uzbekistan (6174)

Vintage antique earrings. 14k gold, pearls. Made in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. Early 20th century.

Measurements: Approximately 1 inch (25mm) accross. Weigh 6.7 grams.

Description: Flower formed earrings sit at the lobe of the ear. 5 pointed petals in beautifully workd rope twist gold borders enclose a myriad of small pearls. A scalloped ring of gold inner petals surround a center of pearls and gold. The whole look is very rich and appealing. Simple wires are easy to insert and held secure by c-clasps. Earrings look great with the simplest to the most sophisticated attire.

Marks: Back of each earring with embossed VI mark. Gold was acid tested to ensure metal purity.

Condition: good with minor wear commensurate with age. One wire was restored - mentioned only for the sake of total accuracy (it cannot be seen from the front). Please see enlarged pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions which we will do our best to answer.
