Antique, Art Deco earrings. 14k gold, diamond, pearls - both natural and cultured, black onyx. Made circa 1920's.
Measurements: Total length is approx 1 3/8 inch (36mm) long. Diameter of onyx hoops is approx 7/8 inches (23mm). Combined weight is 7.8 grams.
Great combination of black, white and gold colour combination. The surmounts consist of simple cultured pearls. We believe these are replacements. They are connected via a line of tiny gold loops to a gold, natural seed pearl set semi-circle that secures the faceted black onyx hoops. Another gold link joins this to a flower, mounted in gold, set with small natural pearls and a diamond in the center. The onyx hoop and the pearl flowers both swing independantly as the wearer moves. Stunning, easy to wear, match any outfit.
Marks: 14k engraved on the back of the flowers.
Condition: good with negligible wear, commensurate with age.
