Vintage Wedgwood powder blue and white jasper ring tree.
Made in England, 1880 - 1920.
Measures approx 2 3/4 inches high, 3 1/4 inches in diameter (base).
Pale powder blue ground with white jasper - very finely executed, so it looks like icing (frosting) on a cake.
The rim is surrounded by a white band and then a band of acorns and oak leaves - great detail.
The moat/bowl has 5 vignettes of Classic mythology scenes with putti, animals, gods and goddesses.
An attractive foliate and floral jasper pattern adorns the top of the ring tree trunk.
Marks are impressed under the base: Wedgwood on one side and England on the other.
Very good condition.
No chips/cracks/damage/restoration of any sort.
NO registration required!
